*Deposit Required: $200 for Inshore Charters and $750 for Canyon Charters is required to confirm your fishing date. No deposit is required on open boat trips, your word is your deposit.

  POLICIES & GENERAL CHARTER INFORMATION:
ALL FISH belong to the customer. All tuna must be quartered. Captain retains 50% of all fish sales and tournament winnings.
The customer will be advised on WEATHER CONDITIONS the day before the charter. The Captain makes the final decision whether the conditions are favorable or not to fish.
No illegal drugs are permitted on board. The Renegade is a zero tolerance vessel, and you will be reported to the Coast Guard and State Police. The trip will be forfeited and you will be charged the full charter amount
No hard liquor or wine permitted on board. A reasonable amount of beer is permitted, cans only. The Captain has final say on what is reasonable and reserves the right to inspect all bags and coolers.
Wear proper footwear. Boat shoes, sneakers or rubber boots will only be permitted. Please do not wear Shoes with leather heels and soles or black rubber heels and soles.
No smoking in the cabin. Open air only.
Travel light. Please do not over pack. If rain is not forecasted there is no need to pack rain gear.
Coolers for fish should be left in your vehicle. Your food and beverages will be placed in our refrigerator.
No knives, firearms, fireworks, glass bottles, ice picks, razor blades or coolers are permitted on the boat.
The boat carries enough ice to keep 12-18 Tuna in prime condition.
Charters canceled due to weather, ocean conditions, mechanical failure or for any other reason beyond the Captains control will be rescheduled. If rescheduling cannot be done due to time, weather or schedule constraints, deposits will carry over to the following year. Please note that rain is not a valid reason to cancel a charter.
Tournament fees and expenses are to be paid by the charter. They vary from one tournament to another. Any fees returned to the captain by tournament organizers for cancellations will be returned to the charter.
Deposits are not refundable for any reason.
Do not forget the Mates. They work hard to make your day an enjoyable one. All your fish will be cleaned, filleted and packed in sealed zip lock bags for your trip home.
Tipping is customary and 15% to 20% is typical.
   
  COAST GUARD REGULATES NUMBER OF ANGLERS:
The number of anglers allowed by the US Coast Guard is a maximum of 6 with a crew of 2. This is the limit for our class of vessel. There is no way around this law and we will in no way violate the law. A 6 person fishing party is the maximum.
